Back to School Bash
The Back to School Bash, hosted by the Albemarle Foundation for Education in partnership with Albemarle County Public Schools, is an annual community event held at Ting Pavilion that helps students start the school year prepared and supported. The event provides backpacks filled with essential school supplies to ACPS students, along with access to free vaccinations and sports physicals, while also connecting families to valuable local resources through more than 40 community partners. With music, food, games, and interactive activities, the Back to School Bash brings together families, educators, and organizations for a day that fosters both readiness for the school year and a strong sense of community.
My Approach
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
